Yealink MP56 IP Conference Phone for Zoom Meetings - Ideal for Business, Office & Remote Work Collaboration

We bought close to 30 MP-56 corded versions from Telephone King. They work just fine. Easy provisioning, easy updating both the firmware and the Zoom app AFTER the phones were provisioned (not before). However, the bluetooth versions of the MP-56 and MP-58's have problems. The bluetooth handsets failed on both MP-58's. Yealink does not offer advance replacements and I just opened a warranty service ticket on both MP-58's directly with Yealink, so we'll see how their warranty service goes. Telephone King couldn't help with advance replacements either. They wanted me to buy two new MP-58's and said they'd refund our money once they get warranty replacement authorization from Yealink. No thanks. I think I'm going to just get a couple of corded handsets and stick to the corded MP-56's in the future. At least I got to talk to Telephone King. But HTWTE Sales won't respond to Amazon Messages. Don't buy from HTWTE. But clearly there is something wrong with the Bluetooth handsets on the MP-56's and MP-58's, so I wouldn't recommend buying the bluetooth versions. Stick to the Zoom corded versions and you should be fine (at least until Yealink figures out if it is a manufacturing issue or just some bad handset and base station firmware). My bet is the handsets have a manufacturing defect. The base stations seem to work fine on speakerphone and with the corded handsets.
