Only heats on one side. Was hoping to get an exchange but missed the return date as it was a gift for someone else, by time I found out the return date had passed. Going to reach out to the manufacturer and see what they will do, they do state a “guarantee” type message on the packaging. Nice coat though, would give a better review if it worked as intended.Update: I reached out to the manufacturer and let them know that the heating element wasn’t working on one side, once they confirmed my purchase they sent a new one at no expense to me. Great customer service! Very satisfied with this jacket and the company who makes it. Would recommend this product and seller to others.
