This is as advertised. Nothing fancy or extraordinary but then again it was cheap as chips. It works, gets the job done. I use this for an essential oil diffuser. I cannot comment on the charging power etc., as I am using this with a device that uses little power. Works for my needs. Recommend the seller as well, took a while but I did get it and they did respond to my email.
