Ordered this on Friday, 3 January 2025. Delivered late on Saturday, 4 January 2025. Attempted to charge the FitBit Inspire HR with an Apple iPhone transformer and the EXMRAT charger: FitBit charged 2% overnight (2% to 5% charged). Sunday morning replaced the iPhone transformer with an Apple iPad transformer: no change in FitBit battery level -- still 5% charged. Sunday night, I connected the EXMRAT charger to the fast charge port on an AmazonBasics 10,000 mAh Portable Power Bank and charged the FitBit Inspire HR from 5% to 75% in less than an hour. Where I thopought the problem was with the connector on the EXMRAT charger, the problem was with the transformers I tried using.
