I have the 1990s model maglite and for a year or two honestly I’ve debated buying one of these new style charger combos. Well I have a road trip planned soon so screw, I bought the set of this and the vehicle adapter. Well I can remember waiting everyday starring out of the window like a sad puppy waiting for momma to come home. Lucky for me that day came quick with these guys, just a couple of days and my charger was in my hand. As I sat there reminiscing on all the sleepless nights.....how so many days of debating with myself, should I spend the funds/should I not spend, those times have just fanished in the blink of 2 days. Well I couldn’t wait any longer. I put my boots on, I went outside to my truck, opened the door with intention, and swung my charger around to face the journey at hand. I was a man on a mission, a man here to install his damn charger in his truck...... and it hit me like a tone of bricks. WHERE AM I GOING TO PUT THIS THING. Well, If you’re like me, the kind of guy that’s a perfectionist. Well not any place is going to work, not any place for this great addition of survival will do. I stood there staring for what seemed to be the entire saga of Lord of the Rings running through my head. As I’m standing there on the edge of conquer, just before I throw the ring into Mount Doom, I hear from a small voice from behind me...... Babe can you just make sure it doesn’t hit my feet...please, my wife of course. So I mounted it on transmission hump passenger side, the seat doesn’t move forward much anymore when the flashlight is in, but my Rocket dog doesn’t seem to mind.The charger works perfect, even with the old Mag Charger light.Fast shipping, new item, would highly recommend.Thanks guysRusty Rus
