This item was purchased and used 1 time for approximately 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, on a full charge, the unit stopped. It would not start. I notified the seller and stated I was sending it back for replacement. Voicemails were left and unreturned. Yes, it was used for the 10 minutes. A replacement was ordered. However, when the company received it, they canceled the replacement order and charged me $147 for a restocking fee. A restocking fee for a broken item? They stated it was heavily used. If 10 minutes is "heavily" then so be it. They will not stand behind the products they sell and want you to go right to manufacturer. I would not purchase from this seller. I would also stay away from this product
