This book is just okay. There is less information than I expected and my daughter, who is 11, said she "already knew all that stuff". It's not quite what I thought it would be, but I guess if your kid knows nothing about cell phone safety (like, don't give out your personal information, don't communicate with people you don't know, don't take inappropriate pictures of yourself, etc.) it might work for them.
