Very nice little battery charger. The one I received included a Samsung/OEM battery w/ embedded NFC (near field communication (one can see the outline of the antenna under the battery's label on one side)). Also, "NFC" is printed on the battery label. The labels on the battery shipped w/ this charger are identical to those of my phone's original battery. It definitely works well w/ a Samsung fast charger. After years of using a smart phone w/ a non-removable battery, it's a treat to (a) be able to swap out a battery when needed again and (b) have a drained battery charge to capacity so quickly.I sometimes have to be on a conference call for hours at a time. In the past, I've had to get creative to keep my phone charged during long days and lengthy calls (external charger/battery pack; extension cord to plug in A/C to D/C charger...and so on). Now I can go back to carrying spare, charged batteries - just as I did back in my flip/pre-smart phone days.PROs:This charger is very portable - has a small foot print. It's just large enough to accommodate the Note 4 battery.Build quality feels sturdy/well built. The charger has some heft (w/out the battery). It isn't flimsy / doesn't feel fragile. The door movement is smooth - opens and closes smoothly w/ no slop. Battery fits into the charger perfectly and w/ ease. It, too, is a very good fit - there's no play in the battery when it's seated in the charger. The micro-USB plug of the Samsung charging cable (not included) seats into the micro-USB connector on the charger properly as well. The charger has an LED which indicates battery's charge state (Green = fully charged, Amber = charging...). The LED isn't blindingly bright - it's a modest size - just large & bright enough to make the battery's charge state clear w/out having to shield your eyes or reach for something to cover it up at night. The battery that ships w/ the charger comes in a little case of its own. So, if you want to carry a spare on you, you can do so safely - w/out risk of damaging the battery's contacts. I carry a spare batt' in the case in one of my tactical pants pockets.CONs:Just one - I'd like to be able to connect the charger (w/ a charged battery "loaded") to my phone for those times when I'm not in a position to terminate a call in order to swap the phone battery. I've searched around for a Samsung micro-usb plug to micro-usb plug cable to connect the charger directly to my phone. I've found one for "sharing power". (a) It's pricy @ $19.95. (b) I'm not sure it's compatible. Will need to contact Samsung to inquire. All in all, this is a great little accessory for a power-hungry smartphone like the Note 4. I highly recommend it.
