Great boot! Very stylish and has extra stretch in the back for a thicker calf. Smooth leather in the front and the foot and a rubber sole for no slip. My only complaint is that I bought these in Canada and although I know I will have to pay duty sometimes, the company that shipped these to me charged me a $10 "fee" for having to pay the duty and taxes! So not only did I have to pay $8 in duty and taxes (which I expected) the courier company charged me $10 extra on top of the shipping charge! Not happy with that. Probably won't buy from this seller again, if this is the company they use to ship to Canada.These look very attractive, I love the style of these with the zipper, an unusual and attractive style! But they have the hard plastic soles, not rubber. While these looked very attractive, I did not like the plastic soles, so returned them. They fit that a size 8.5 can fit the size 8's. I liked the look and the fit, but not the plastic soles;thank God amazon does such ease of returns.Love them they fit perfectlyReally nice looking boots! Very comfortable. They slouch slightly, but not overly so, as I was looking for a structured leg shaft.Wish they didn't go up so high on my knee, would have been perfect otherwise.I love my boots! Very stylish, they look very expensive and they are so comfortable. I'm very happy with my purchase.These are tall. I am 5'9" and they come up all the way to my knee.
