The phone itself is good as long as you don't want to wall mount it. The phone jack cord is too long if you want to mount it on the wall. There's nowhere to place/wrap the cord on the back of the phone, so the phone cannot be wall mounted. I had to purchase a 6 inch jack cord to connect it and mount it to the wall jack Even this doesn't work too well as part of the cord is hanging out the side of the phone.
