I ordered the much needed phone set for a digital Norstar phone system easy enough through Amazon. I find Amazon reliable and with fair pricing. The item was delivered on time. Much to my suprise, there was a serious manufacturing defect with the item. I wanted to process an exchange of the product. In this case, I could only process a return and refund. I need the component. I was angry. I did not want to trust the supplier again and yet I need the equipment. I initially posted a harsh review. Amazon took ownership, contacted the manufacturer, and the manufacturer promptly called me. They handled the matter expeditiously and satisfactorily. I still have to return the defective item for a refund to Amazon, but the replacement I need is on the way with trust restored.The phone is great, and a replacement of a different color. The receiver keeps popping off, and wont stay on.... Now what?I bought two of these to replace damaged units. I can't complain. The order arrived when they said it would. The price was reasonable. I'll be coming back.Got it to add to my phone system and it works grate. Did not have any trouble with it at all.This phone was ordered as a substitution for one damaged by hurricane. The only detail is that other phone in our office were bone, but this one black is simply nice.Great phone for our system.Well it okay if you already have a system we did not so we heard no dial tone and we returned the company telephone king was very helpful.Ordered this phone to replace one I had. This one was used but works perfectly! It has all the features that the other one had so all I had to do was switch the phone out and relabel the buttons. Shipped fast! Packaged Perfectly!
