I ordered this product from Europe and paid 15 USD international shipping. But the charger arrived defective. I tried it with multiple different devices and cables. None of the 3 ports (2 x USB-C + 1 x USB-A) works.There is no seal on the packing or protective film on the product. It looks like a used defective product. I don't know how to return the product or get a refund.[Update] The seller is very responsive regarding the problem. Apparently the product I received was a returned product by mistake. And I got refunded. The charger itself looks and feels good. It is a shame that it didn't work.Workmanship texture: the body box is also good, looking very senior; feels very warm, the use of frosted material, non-stick fingerprints at the same time in the light also has a little smooth effect; no defects broken. I compared this to my original Apple 20 watt charger and it charges at much slower pace. What I liked about this is very compact.Got rid of tone of Apple connectors in favor of this.I love the compact size of this charger and multiple ports of USB C And A. Not heavy and it’s able to deliver 65 watts and fast charge. Just what I need for travel and work outside. A huge space saver.Very compact size, and great charger .No need for anything else to be said.No he probado el VGA o Auxiliar, haré actualización de a cuantos hgz corre el monitor.PROS:-Reconoce todos los puertos USB al mismo tiempo.-El Delivery Power funciona bien, mi Matebook 14 carga a su potencia correcta pero mi Matebook 16 ya aparece notificación de usar cargador original, (esto responde al voltaje descrito del producto). Chequeen sus voltajes.-El material se siente de buena calidad, ligero pero sólido e incluye una funda.-El Hdmi funciona pero llega a no reconocerlo y hay que volver a conectar.-Cable ethernet funcionado al 100% sin interrupciones.CONTRAS:-Se calienta mucho, no estoy seguro si llegará a desencadenar alguna falla pero llama la atención.-El cable USB C es muy corto por lo cual no puedes mimetizarlo bien en tu Set.
