Exactly as described. Two batteries and a compact wall charger. Initial charge took overnight but have taken lots of photos and still on 1st battery. With two batteries expect to be able to take a couple weeks worth of vacation photos with only a battery swap.The originally camera came with disposable AA batteries, that seemed to die at the worst possible times. Went online to mfg website and discovered they recommend the CRV3 battery. Amazon had two of them with the charger for less than mfg. would sell you one + charger.
