They are durable but I installed these to replace the ones on my jumper box because they do not clamp down tightly. I work with cars and having a jump box with poor connections is as irratating as someone using it and not plugging it back in. I did like that they were easy to put on and they will last a long time. I do not like the fact that the front of the teeth face inward. I can jump something from the side but if it is from the top there is no bite.These were inexpensive, but are working well so far.Update: I found out the jaws on these clamps don't open wide enough to go over battery clamps. They're still useful, but this is a pretty silly design flaw.Yes they were heavy duty as described ordered 2 sets hubby wanted to change ends on both ends and loved them. Would recommend themVery nice clamps, I used them to replace the factory clamps that came on my new battery charger. These are great, nice and big, and strong. They aren't the fanciest clamps I ever saw but they sure cured the annoyances I was having using my chargers' original clamps.This was a wonderful solution to my problem of cheap ends on my charging unit. Some common sense used in replacement. Buy this. Best move I have made in a while.Just what I needed to replace my battery charger leads. Very heavy duty.Replacement for car charger clamp that broke so far works as expected.Good product
